WE ARE STARTING BUSINESS IN UKRAINE
Together with our Ukrainian partner, we will design, deliver and install products from our offer, i.e. solar panels, heat pumps and energy storage facilities, on the Ukrainian market. The company’s business will be run under Columbus brand, using our own products as well as technological, sales and marketing resources.
OUR DEBUT ON THE MAIN MARKET OF THE WARSAW STOCK EXCHANGE

WE OFFER OUR OWN HEAT PUMPS
We are launching our own Pro-series heat pumps. The devices cooperate with the smart energy management system, while the 5-year Total Warranty covers not only the pump but the entire heating system.
WE ARE ON THE LIST OF 1,000 EUROPEAN FIRMS OF FINANCIAL TIMES
In the seventh edition of “FT 1000: The fastest growing companies in Europe 2023,” we are placed 148th. In addition, in energy category, we came 7th, as the only Polish firm in the ranking.
NEXT TRANCHE OF SOLAR FARM SALES
We are implementing another tranche of sales of a portfolio of solar farm projects to ENGIE Zielona Energia Sp. z o.o. As part of the second transaction, we are selling 100% of shares in 12 companies implementing solar farm projects with total output of 17.5 MW.
WE ARE SELLING A PART OF SOLAR FARMS
We are starting the sales of a portfolio of 102.5 MW worth of solar farms for over EUR 97 million. The buyer is ENGIE Zielona Energia, a company belonging to a French energy corporation ENGIE. As part of the first tranche of transactions, ENGIE Zielona Energia is going to purchase shares of SPVs, which have projects with total output of 32.8 MW.
WE RECEIVED CONNECTION CONDITIONS FOR TWO MORE STORAGE FACILITIES
The Group’s subsidiaries are receiving conditions of connection to the transmission grid with output of 62.7 MW – for the construction of an energy storage facility for 250.8 MWh; and then with output of 202.44 MW – for the construction of an energy storage facility for 810.18 MWh. In total, we have connection conditions for energy storage facilities at the level of 400 MW, with total capacity of 1,600 MWh
WE ARE APPLYING TO THE POLISH FINANCIAL SUPERVISION AUTHORITY FOR APPROVING A PROSPECTUS
We are submitting an application with the Financial Supervision Authority for the approval of a prospectus drawn up in connection with applying for the admission of all Company shares for trading on a regulated market (main market) maintained by the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
WE ARE ENTERING THE MARKET OF LARGE-SCALE ENERGY STORAGE FACILITIES
We are receiving conditions for the connection of energy storage facilities to a transmission grid with total output of 133 MW, for the purposes of constructing an energy storage facility with a capacity of 532 MWh. The storage facility will be built in southern Poland and the entire investment is estimated to cost approx. PLN 1 billion.
WE ARE STARTING BUSINESS ABROAD
We are acquiring 52% of shares in Columbus Energy a.s. (a company under Czech law), whose activity consists in design, sales and installation of solar panels and other RES-related products for individual clients and entrepreneurs in Czechia. Thus, we are starting doing business in the Czech Republic, our first foreign market.
WE ARE ESTABLISHING COOPERATION WITH ORANGE ENERGIA
We are becoming a technological partner of Orange Energia sp. z o.o., a company within Orange capital group. As part of the partnership, we provide the clients of Orange Energia with RES products and services, i.e. warranty, maintenance, advisory and monitoring relating to RES products and services.
WE ARE INTRODUCING PJP 2.0
We are launching the second stage of Electricity like Air service, through which the clients can balance their energy 1:1 without additional fees. The ELA 2.0 service works like the previous discount system.
WE ARE EXPANDING THE PORTFOLIO OF FARM PROJECTS
We are investing in one of the largest solar farm projects in Poland, whose value will be PLN 250 million once constructed. In the scope of held farms, we are among the top players on the Polish market.

We have received the prestigious Forbes Diamonds award twice. We are the winners in the Polish ranking of firms with revenues exceeding PLN 250 million, and on the regional level, in Lesser Poland Voivodeship.
COOPERATION WITH ARVAL SERVICE LEASE POLSKA
Together with Arval, we are the first on the market to introduce a comprehensive package combining the use of an electric car with the installation of a charging point and solar panels.
OFFER PACKAGE FOR INDIVIDUAL CLIENTS
We are introducing an offer of solar panels for households. Clients can choose from three variants of services varying in scope: smart, smart+, and pro.
GROWING SHARE OF THE SOLAR FARM MARKET
We are entering into an agreement for the acquisition of shares in companies implementing solar farm projects with total connection output of 345 MW.
FIRST LIGHT BREAKERS WITH PEROVSKITES
The city of Lublin is hosting the première of brise soleils or light breakers with perovskite cells from Saules Technologies. It is the first commercial implementation of perovskite solar cells in the world.
SAULE IS STARTING ITS FIRST FACTORY
A company from our Group – Saule Technologies – is starting the first ever production line of printed, ultra-thin and flexible solar cells based on perovskite.
ECONOMIC AWARD FROM THE PRESIDENT OF POLAND
We are receiving the Economic Award of the President of Poland in the “National Success” category. The award is granted to enterprises which contribute to the development of domestic economy and promote Poland internationally.

ELECTRICITY LIKE AIR
We are introducing the “Electricity like Air” service, which is based on distributing energy from RES. This way, our Clients with solar panel installations will be able to receive 100% of energy stored in the grid.
ANOTHER TRANCHE OF GREEN BONDS
We are announcing the programme of issuance of yet another tranche of debt securities. The total value of all issued green bonds will be approx. PLN 200 million.
ISSUANCE OF GREEN BONDS
A company within Columbus Group, New Energy Investments Sp. z o.o., is issuing Green Bonds. In the first tranche, Bank Ochrony Środowiska is acquiring A-series bonds with the value of PLN 75 million.
WE ARE ANNOUNCING THE ISSUANCE OF GREEN BONDS WITH THE VALUE OF PLN 0.5 BILLION
New Energy Investments, a company within Columbus Group, will issue bonds with the total nominal value of PLN 500 million. The bonds will be issued via public offering, in a few series.
INVESTMENT IN SAULE TECHNOLOGIES
We are entering into an investment agreement with Saule Technologies, under which we are investing EUR 10 million and acquiring 20% of shares in the Company. We are also becoming the distributor of Saule products and a co-owner of the license for their delivery.

A SIGNIFICANT INVESTOR IN THE COMPANY
We are signing an investment agreement with Mr Piotr Kurczewski. The new investor is acquiring 20% of shares in the Company’s stock.
COLUMBUS ELITE S.A. IS CREATED
As part of the Capital Group, we are creating a joint venture enterprise – Columbus Elite, to support our sales network.
SMILE ENERGY S.A. IS CREATED
As part of the Capital Group, we are creating Smile Energy, a company responsible for implementing solar farm projects.
ISSUANCE OF E-SERIES BONDS
We are issuing 7,555 E-series bonds with total value of PLN 7,555,000 as part of the third private issuance of the Company’s bonds.
COOPERATION WITH IMMERSA LIMITED
We are entering into an agreement concerning a joint project to lease out solar panels to large companies and corporations. We provide the installations, and Immersa secures their financing.
A NEW OFFER FOR BUSINESS
We are introducing an offer of special photovoltaic sets for companies.
TEST FOR A YEAR
Our Clients can use the “Test for a Year” offer, which allows them to return solar panels at our cost if they do not work properly after a year.
FLEXIBLE SUBSCRIPTION
We are the only company on the market offering solar panels with flexible financing. The installation output and the financing period are adjusted to the Client’s needs.
ISSUANCE OF 4,535 D-SERIES BONDS
We are issuing 4,535 D-series bonds with total value of PLN 4,335,000 as part of the second public issuance of the Company’s bonds.
TOTAL WARRANTY
We are introducing an option to extend warranty up to 15 years on all elements of a solar panel together with installation.
COOPERATION WITH BANK OCHRONY ŚRODOWISKA S.A.
We are starting cooperation with BOŚ S.A., which allows financing solar panel installations on a subscription basis.
ALLOCATION OF 4,335 B-SERIES BONDS
The Company’s Management Board decides to run the first public issuance of corporate bonds. We are issuing 4,335 B-series bonds with total value of PLN 4,335,000.
COLUMBUS ENERGY FINANSE SP. Z O.O. IS CREATED
We are establishing Columbus Energy Finanse Sp. z o.o. The Company is entered in the National Court Register on 1 July 2016.
SUBSCRIPTION FOR THE SUN
We are offering a novel service – Sun Subscription, which provides us with an increase of the sales of RES micro-installations regardless of changes in law and subsidies.
COMPANY MERGER AND DEBUT ON NEWCONNECT
Columbus Capital S.A. and Columbus Energy S.A. merge into one entity under the name Columbus Energy S.A. The change is entered in the National Court Register on 18 March 2016. On the same day, the Company’s shares are placed on NewConnect alternative market.
1,000 MICRO-INSTALLATIONS
We contract 1,000 solar panel installations for a sum of over PLN 50 million.
CREATION OF COLUMBUS ENERGY S.A.
By the decision of the Meeting of Shareholders of Polskie Innowacje Energetyczne S.A., Columbus Energy S.A. is established and entered in the National Court Register on 25 September 2014.
WE ENTER THE RES MARKET
By the decision of the Meeting of Shareholders of Polskie Innowacje Energetyczne S.A., we are named Columbus Capital S.A. and we move the company seat from Częstochowa to Cracow. We start activity in: energy advisory, conducting energy audits, and RES sales, in particular solar panel installations and heat pumps. The change is entered in the National Court Register on 28 March 2014.
